Just checked, and it's gone. Not sure when exactly it happened... but it's there no more.
Nintendo of America takes down the pages on their site when stuff gets removed from the eShop, and that's gone too.

Google last saw it on the 2nd, so it got removed sometime during the last week.
It got removed in Europe on the 31st Jan too, so I guess that only leaves it still available in Japan...
